In spite of the two questions and answers published, it is still not clear the procedure to be followed to sign the administrative documents. Should these documents be signed by each team member, by the group leader or by a group member? In the first case if a group member has not got the digital signature, can he participate? Is it possible to be a group leader without a digital signature?
Answer:
It’s compulsory for a group leader to have a digital signature (if required by the legislation in force in your Country). The administrative documents must be signed manually by all the team members. After, these documents must be scanned and signed digitally by the group leader.
